How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 6–12 business days, tracked all the way. Shipping is free on every order.

Do I need an electrician?

Often not. Our solar, plug-in and rechargeable pieces install in minutes with no wiring at all. Hardwired ceiling fixtures install like any standard fixture — if you're not comfortable working with household wiring, a licensed electrician is always the safe choice.

How do the solar lights work?

A small panel charges all day, and the light glows automatically after dark — no outlet, no cords, no running costs. Most solar pieces glow for 8+ hours on a summer day's charge.

Is the light warm or cold?

Warm. It's the whole point. Every Aurel Haven fixture is tuned to a soft, golden glow — and many offer multiple light modes so you can brighten things up when a task needs it.

Can I dim the lights?

Many fixtures offer multiple light-color and brightness modes (check the Details section on each product page). Remote-controlled pieces, like the Zephyr fan light and Orbit wall light, dim from the couch.

What if I don't love it?
